Affiliate Terms — LoveUSS

These Affiliate Terms (version 2026-08-1) are an agreement between you and Pensy Group LLC covering the LoveUSS referral program. They add to, and incorporate, our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. You accept them by joining the program.

1. The program in one paragraph

Any LoveUSS account with a verified email can join, claim a handle, and share a personal link (loveuss.com/r/your‑handle). When someone creates a LoveUSS account on loveuss.com through your link and later pays for a subscription on the web, you earn a commission on those payments. Commissions pay out monthly by bank transfer through Stripe once your payable balance reaches $50.

2. Attribution — exactly how it works

Opening your link stores an attribution cookie for 60 days. Attribution is last-touch: the most recently clicked referral link wins.
Attribution is decided once, at account creation on loveuss.com, and never changes afterwards. A referred person who upgrades from free to paid at any later date still counts for you.
Attribution is browser-based and best-effort: it does not survive across devices or private browsing, and accounts created inside the iOS app are not attributable. We use no tracking SDKs and no device fingerprinting for attribution, by design.
Referring yourself does not attribute or pay.

3. Commissions

Commissions come from web (Stripe) subscription payments only. Purchases billed through Apple’s App Store do not generate commissions — Apple bills those, and no payment data we can commission ever reaches us. Complimentary access generates no commission either.
The commission base for a payment is the amount actually paid, net of any tax collected, before payment-processing fees. Zero-amount invoices accrue nothing.
Your rate is set by your number of active referrals at the moment each payment happens — “the rate in force when the payment happened” — and is never recalculated backwards:
0–4 active: 10% · 5–14 active: 15% · 15–24 active: 20% · 25 or more: 30%
An active referral is a referred account currently paying by web subscription whose first payment is at least 30 days old. Referrals under fraud review do not count until cleared.

4. Maturation, refunds, and disputes

A commission becomes payable 60 days after its underlying payment, provided that payment was not refunded or disputed.
If a referred payment is refunded (in whole or part), the matching share of its commission is reversed. If a payment is disputed, its commission is reversed while the dispute stands and restored if the dispute resolves in our favor. Dispute fees are ours, never yours.
A negative balance (from reversals after payout) nets against your future commissions.

5. Payouts

Payouts run monthly from the 7th (UTC), by Stripe transfer, for payable balances of $50 or more. Balances under $50 roll forward and never expire while your account exists.
Receiving payouts requires completing Stripe’s identity and bank verification. Payouts are currently US-only: you must be a US person able to complete US verification and receive IRS Form 1099-NEC. Until verification completes, your balance accrues as promotional credit and converts to payable on completion.
Your first payout is reviewed and released by us once — a fraud check, not a judgment; later payouts run automatically.
Commissions of $600 or more in a calendar year are reported on Form 1099-NEC in the year they are paid; reversals net against future commissions and do not restate prior-year forms.

6. What referrers may and may not do

Disclose the relationship. When you promote your link, say clearly that you earn a commission — for example “#ad” or “I earn a commission from LoveUSS” — placed where people see it before they click. This is a legal requirement (FTC Endorsement Guides), not a preference.
No outcome or health claims. LoveUSS is not therapy, and you may not present it as therapy, medical or mental-health care, or promise relationship outcomes.
No earnings claims. Do not present the program as income or describe expected earnings — phrases such as “passive income” are prohibited. Describe the mechanics — “10–30% commission on subscription payments” — or nothing.
No manipulation. Paying for subscriptions yourself or through others to raise your rate, cookie-stuffing, self-referral, misleading traffic, spam, or bidding on our brand terms is fraud under these terms.
You have no authority over LoveUSS pricing, features, or terms, and may not make offers on our behalf.

7. Handles

Handles are lowercase, permanent, and never re-issued after release. We may reclaim or rename any handle that impersonates a person or brand, infringes a mark, or is abusive. Renamed or released handles are retired forever.

8. Suspension and termination

Suspension pauses the program: your link stops attributing and no new commission accrues, but your existing balance stays yours and pays on the normal cycle.
Termination without cause (we end the program or your participation): your payable balance is paid out promptly — without the $50 minimum, by manual transfer where needed — and pending commissions still pay as they mature.
Termination for cause (fraud, prohibited claims, manipulation): all unpaid commissions are forfeited.
Account deletion: a balance that has matured and completed payout setup and first-payout review is sent as a final payout; everything else — commissions still maturing, or balances without a verified payout account — is forfeited. Balances are not transferable except as required by law.

9. Records and privacy

You only ever see aggregate numbers — counts, totals, and your own payout history. You never see who signed up, whether a specific person subscribed, or anything they do inside LoveUSS.
Financial records of commissions and payouts are retained after account deletion as required by law (tax and audit records) — the one narrow exception to our delete-everything promise, and it contains no relationship content of any kind.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes require your re-acceptance before your next payout. Continued participation after non-material changes is acceptance. Questions: contact@pensygroup.com.
